Jeff made us happy clients and gave him a 5 star review for his service. We decided to move out of California and needed to sell our home. Although our home was not in bad shape it was neglected a bit since we were both working full time and raising a family. After we hired Jeff to help us market our home for sale, he started in right away with his contractors getting our home as presentable as we could in the time we had. It was amazing to see the transformation take shape before our eyes. Jeff had one of his painting contractors do his magic and up graded the lighting which turned the interior of our home into a bright, shining, welcoming place. He had numerous other contractors take care of other miscellaneous things including inspections and repairs. We had everything of any concern repaired or replaced before we hit the market so there were no surprises to blind side us after we were in escrow. Jeff did extensive marketing in the neighborhoods close to our home, as well as Ads on all the social media platforms. The signage in our front yard alone gave prospective buyers the ability to get all the information they needed in order to make a decision if they were interested or not. We had lots of traffic through our home and multiple offers. In the end we got $107.00.00 over asking price because of the massive amount of exposure to the public. We are very pleased with Jeff’s attention to detail and hands on approach to getting our home ready for sale. We were on the market and in escrow in just a few days.
