There is some confusion when it comes to Prop-19 so I thought

it best to get you the answers and dispel any misconceptions.

Prop-19 benefits all of us in California for various reasons.

The main intent is to provide Home Protection for Seniors 65+,

The Severely Disabled, Families, and Victims of Wildfire or Natural Disasters

Parent-Child & Grandparent-Grandchild Exclusion

Base Year Value Transfer for 1. Persons at Least Age 55/Disabled,

2. Intracounty Disaster Relief and  3.Intercounty Disaster Relief
